Q. What exactly is a Customer Appreciation Gift Certificate?
Available once a year and for a limited time only, Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates are purchased at a 20% discount of their face value and can be used towards most products and cosmetic procedures at DCA. Example: You can purchase a $250 CAN Gift Certificate for $200.
Q. How do I purchase a Customer Appreciation Gift Certificate?
ONLINE: Open from October 18 to October 25.
IN PERSON: Everyone can stop by DCA to purchase gift certificates during Customer Appreciation Week, October 18-25.
Q. When can I buy my Gift Certificate?
2021 Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates will go on sale the morning of MONDAY, OCTOBER 18. The last day to buy a Gift Certificate is MONDAY, OCTOBER 25. The online store will stop selling gift certificates at 11:59pm on 10/25.
Q. When can I start using my 2021 Gift Certificate?
2021 Customer Appreciation Gift Certificates are eligible beginning MONDAY, November 1, 2021.
Q. Is there a limit on the dollar amount that I can purchase?
Yes. There is a limit of ONE (1) Gift Certificate per person with a maximum value of $2500 per Gift Certificate.
Q. Can I pay for my Gift Certificate with cash?
Yes. If you would like to pay in cash, please call (770) 497 0699.
Q. Do CAN Gift Certificates expire?
Sort of. After approximately one year, the 20% discount expires, but the certificate retains its original purchase price value.
Q. Are there any exceptions to which cosmetic procedures I can use my Customer Appreciation Gift Certificate on?
Yes, the following exclusions apply:
-DCA special offers and package discounts
-Consultation fees
-Ear piercing/earlobe repair
-Cosmetic lesion removals (moles, skin tags)
-Sclerotherapy compression hose
