How Online Scheduling Works
You can book appointments directly through our Klara online scheduling system. Choosing the correct visit type ensures your appointment is scheduled appropriately and helps avoid delays.
Choosing the Right Appointment Type
New Patient Visit
If it is your first time visiting our practice.
Established Patient Visit
If you have been seen at DCA before and have a new concern.
Not for follow-ups or skin exams.
Follow-Up Visit
To be seen for an ongoing issue or recent treatment.
Not for new concerns.
Skin Exams
Select this visit for a full-body skin check only, not to have one specific spot looked at.
Please note that additional concerns require separate visits.
If you have received a melanoma diagnosis at DCA, select Melanoma Skin Exam.
Botox and Filler
Only established patients can book online for Botox and Filler.
New patients must schedule a consultation appointment first:

Can I send photos through Klara?
Yes. You can securely send photos of your skin concern through Klara. This helps our team assess urgency, guide scheduling. and provide next steps. Some conditions may still require an in-office visit.
When will I get a response?
Messages are reviewed during business hours. Most patients receive a response within one business day. If you have an urgent concern, please call our office.
